Broccoli Casserole

This homestyle casserole is delicious for holidays or special occasions, but easy enough to make on a weekday.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1⁄2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Golden Crackers

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Steam or boil broccoli until just tender but still bright green. Drain.
  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion powder. Mix to combine.
  • Add to a greased casserole dish and top with crushed crackers.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden on top and warmed through.
