Broccoli Casserole
This homestyle casserole is delicious for holidays or special occasions, but easy enough to make on a weekday.

Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 sleeve Golden Crackers
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Steam or boil broccoli until just tender but still bright green. Drain.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion powder. Mix to combine.
- Add to a greased casserole dish and top with crushed crackers.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden on top and warmed through.
