Just like all VIC members, HT Plus members enjoy free Pickup on orders with qualifying spend $35 or more. Plus, HT Plus members receive 2X Fuel Points on qualifying items on every pickup , delivery, and in-store order.

You can use your benefits at any Harris Teeter Store, whether you’re shopping in store or online, or for any delivery order. Your HT Plus membership does not work on purchases made on Fuel or Pharmacy Prescriptions.
You must be 16 years or older and an existing VIC member with a registered digital account.

You will need your VIC Card registered online and a valid debit or credit card.
2X Fuel Points and Free Delivery HT Plus benefits are active within 1 hour of your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of benefit activation to the email address associated with your digital account.
Your HT Plus membership will automatically renew after your selected membership term expires.
If you do not want your membership to automatically renew, you can cancel your auto-renewal at any time on your HTPlus Membership page.
Your HT Plus annual membership expires 365 days after purchase. Your HT Plus monthly membership expires 30 days after purchase.
Free Trial
You can sign up for a HT Plus free trial here.
The free trial lasts for 30 days.
Your benefits include free delivery and 2x Fuel Points during the free trial. Exclusive HT Plus coupons will be available for members only after their free trial ends and paid membership begins.
When you sign up for your HT Plus free trial, you will receive an e-mail with your free trial's end date.
You can cancel your membership at anytime here.
At the end of your HT Plus free trial period, the plan you selected at sign up will be your paid membership plan, and will automatically renew to the plan you selected.

Your HT Plus Membership
Shop as you normally would at Harris Teeter Stores location or online. You must use your VIC Card in store or your digital account online to receive the benefits.
HT Plus can only be used by person(s) in your immediate household who use your VIC Card or Alternate ID. Household members are defined as person(s) currently living at the same address.
You may cancel HT Plus at any time here.
You may also cancel by calling Harris Teeter 1-800-432-6111. There are no refunds for HT Plus fees paid. If you cancel, you can continue to use HT Plus benefits until your membership is cancelled.
You may cancel HT Plus at any time by calling Harris Teeter 1-800-432-6111. If you cancel within the first seven (7) calendar days of your HT Plus membership renewal term and have not received any benefits of your HT Plus membership, you will receive a refund of the HT Plus membership fee you paid usable as credit towards a future order.
If you cancel at any other time, you will not receive a refund, but you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your HT Plus membership through the end of your paid membership term.
HT Plus ($59) members who are interested in upgrading to HT Plus ($99) should contact Harris Teeter 1-800-432-6111.
Once enrolled in your paid membership, you will receive email communication within 24-48 hours of your HT Plus activation with instructions on how to redeem your online or in-store offers.
Shop as you normally would online at www.harristeeter.com for Delivery using the same digital account associated with your HT Plus membership.
Based on your enrollment in either HT Plus $99 or $59, time slots that apply to free delivery may be defined differently. While shopping online, you will be notified of which slots are eligible for free delivery. A delivery order must be $35 or greater to qualify for free delivery with your HT Plus membership.
Note: Your membership in HT Plus does not cover tips which may be suggested as part of delivery service provided by third party partners like Instacart. These drivers are paid a flat rate per delivery and can accept tips. Any tip you provide during checkout goes 100% to the driver. If you’d prefer, you also have the option to tip your third-party driver after the delivery is completed.
Currently available in select markets, Harris Teeter Delivery is shopped by and delivered by our trained associates. With Harris Teeter Delivery, your smile is our reward. No tipping please.

Delivery time slots are based on availability. All delivery time slots will be free for HT Plus $99 members. HT Plus $59 members will see free delivery time slots reflected for applicable spots.

Delivery
Delivery is one of our online ordering services. You can shop online for the products you need and get them delivered to your doorstep the same day. Planning ahead? You can also choose a time slot for the next day or later.
Here’s how: place your order online, and the shopping will be done for you. Once the order is shopped and ready, you’ll get an alert that it’s on its way. A delivery driver will drop your groceries off on your doorstep. Start your delivery order here.
Currently available in select markets, Harris Teeter Delivery orders are shopped and delivered by trained Harris Teeter associates. We also partner with third-party delivery services like Instacart to help fulfill orders for our customers.
During the checkout process, look for Fulfilled by Harris Teeter Delivery when selecting your timeslot. This tells you how your Harris Teeter order will be shopped and delivered.
Great question! With both options, the items you order online are sent right to your doorstep. But there are two main differences: product offerings and time-to-your-door. Think of ship as the big box shopping experience, but from the comfort of your own home. Browse an extended catalog of dry goods (many of which aren’t available in your local store), and ship heavy items and bulk orders straight to your doorstep. Shipments arrive in as little as 1-3 days!
Delivery orders, on the other hand, are best for your weekly groceries. Things like milk, bread, produce, and all your other household regulars. Simply place your order online, and receive your groceries in as little as one hour!
Start by signing in to your digital account. Next you’ll enter your zip code from the home page and choose “delivery” as your way to shop. (You can enter your full address later.) From here, simply search or browse the items you need and add them to your cart.
Once you’re ready to check out, start by going to your cart. This is where you’ll enter your address and choose your delivery window.
After this step, you can add your payment information. (At this time we can only accept credit cards, debit cards, or gift cards- no cash, check, or government benefits, including WIC and SNAP.) You’ll see an estimated total in checkout, but you won’t be charged for your order until it’s delivered. The final price may change due to coupons, substitutions, taxes (if applicable), or weighted items.
(TIP: After placing an order, enable notifications or opt in to SMS notifications so you can be notified of about substitutions or out-of-stock items, if necessary.)
Yes, there is a service fee which can range from $6.95 to $9.95 depending upon your location. This fee is applied to your order at the time it’s placed.
The delivery fee is waived for HT Plus members on all orders over $35. Click here to sign up!
From your cart, proceed to checkout. Here you’ll add your payment information. (At this time we can only accept credit cards, debit cards, or gift cards- no cash, check, or government benefits, including WIC and SNAP.) You’ll see an estimated total in checkout. This estimated total will be used by your bank or financial institution as a hold on your account for 3 to 7 business days. The final price may change due to coupons, substitutions, taxes (if applicable), or weighted items. You’ll need to show a government-issued ID if your order contains alcohol.
Not much! You’ll receive a notification when your order is on its way. If you’ve opted for your driver to leave your groceries at your door, you can receive your items at a safe distance with no contact. If you opt for the driver to leave your groceries at your door, you will receive a notification your order has been dropped off along with an image of your order at your door.
With Harris Teeter Delivery, your smile is our reward. No tipping please. Third-party partners like Instacart can accept tips. These drivers are paid a flat rate per delivery by our third-party partners, but 100% of any tip you provide goes directly to the driver. If you’d prefer, you also have the option to tip your third-party driver after the delivery is completed.
At this time, our ability to deliver beer, wine and spirits varies by state. Please check product availability for delivery on our site. If adult beverage items are available, be ready to present your ID when your delivery arrives.
At this time, prescriptions cannot be added to Delivery orders. However, we are working to add this capability in the future.
