Baking is my all-time favorite family activity. One night, my daughter and I decided to bake a cake for her birthday. We began our usual preparations by laying out the premium NON-GMO ingredients; flour, cane sugar, eggs, butter. Before we started mixing, my daughter asked if we could turn her favorite cake recipe into little cookies to share with all her friends at school. We quickly adjusted the recipe and used our teaspoons to make thin, crispy, deliciously crunchy cookies™!! These cookies were so light and unbelievably tasty, I had to share my new Cake Batter Cookie Thins with all my amazing Mrs. Thinster ™ fans (though my daughter gets all the credit for this one)!
