Whether seared in a pan or tossed on the grill, cooked up golden brown in the air-fryer, oven, or even in the microwave oven, The Big Moo® never loses its shape. It cooks up crispy on the outside, warm, and oh-so incredible on the inside. Available in five big flavors, The Big Moo® is hand-crafted using Wisconsin cream line milk from happy pastured cows. With only three ingredients—pasteurized milk, enzymes, and salt, The Big Moo® contains no additives or preservatives. In the case of our flavored varieties, we add herbs, spices, and real Jones Country Farm Bacon. The Big Moo® closest cheese cousin is Halloumi. We think of it as "American-style Halloumi," although healthier because it has one-third less salt than the leading Halloumi brand.
