And since our family concocted a dairy free queso seasoning that tastes remarkably like the real stuff, we got a little jiggy with it and started sprinkling it on foods left and right. Most notably, we added it to a batch of potato chips, freshly kettle cooked in 100 percent avocado oil, and ended up with these amazing Kettle Cooked Queso Potato Chips.
