    The Oregon growing season was warm. This allowed the Pinot Gris grapes for PINO to achieve a level of ripeness and balance that resulted in a wine of exceptional charm. The juice was fermented cold in stainless steel at 50F, preserving the marvelous fruit character. Aging sur lies for 6 months promoted the creamy texture that marries nicely with the crisp acidity.
