Our farm is located in one of Washington's most fertile regions. We avoid using glyphosate to dry our crops; instead, they ripen naturally in the sun and wind. Our fields are rain-fed, helping preserve water in our rural community. Every Palouse Brand product is Non-GMO Project Certified, Kosher Parve, and Farmed Sustainably. We only package the most recent harvest each year, ensuring that every batch is as fresh as possible.
