Nando's PERinaise Original Spread and Dressing is our famous PERi-PERi mayonnaise - the same that you know and love in our Nando's restaurants! Use it to create a mildly spicy dip or indulge in its rich flavor and creamy texture on sandwiches and salads. Our PERi-PERi blended mayonnaise combines unmistakable flavor with just the right amount of heat that gently builds on the tongue for a full-body experience: it is magic in a bottle. We mix PERi-PERi chilies (also known as the African Bird's Eye chili) with cage-free eggs, salt, garlic, lemon, onion, oil, and vinegar to make our sweet and spicy mayonnaise sauce. PERi-PERi chili is grown in African soil, so the magic starts from the ground up. PERi-PERi tastes delicious, but the benefits don't stop there! PERi-PERi is a natural preservative, meaning we don't have to add any weird, unnatural ingredients to our sauces. PERi-PERi chili seeds are rich in Vitamins A, B, and C and contain Capsaicin, which enhances your mood. PERinaise, like mayo, but better. Do your food a flavor!
