    Knackies comes from a small community in Inman, Kansas.  Knackies started out as a small commercial bakery in 1990 and later turned into a catering service on the side.  While opening up a small eatery with dine-in and carry-out services, Steve worked on developing his House BBQ sauce and other sauces including the Sweet Fire BBQ Sauce.  The Sweet Fire BBQ Sauce will get hotter, the more you eat.  This is Knackies hottest sauce that they offer and you can add this to any recipe to spice up your taste buds.  These are bottled in easily accessible "Bear" bottles with a flip-top lid thus the name Bear-B-Que on the bottle.
