    This culinary-crafted, scratch-made cocktail is created by distilling Dogfish Head Vodka with blueberries and then blending it with lightly sweet balsamic and red wine vinegar to create a blueberry shrub vodka which we then blend with soda water. Deep, burgundy-colored appearance. Juicy and subtly sweet from the blueberries, with a slightly sour and complex fruity character from the vinegar. Read to drink. Two full proof shots in every can.
