Cooking down and caramelizing onions to mellow perfection is a tedious and laborious task for busy chefs. We've taken away the labor and done the work for you by creating a jam that is perfectly balanced and chock-full of sweet and savory onions. Deeply savory, delightfully sweet and so delicious you'll enjoy it by the spoonful! We love our onion jam slathered on grilled cheese, burgers, roasted meats and grilled veggies. This jam is made in Peru and is Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Kosher, Non-GMO, Vegan, and Vegetarian. For a simple onion soup, mix the jam with beef broth and top with melted Gruyère.
