Delallo® organic whole wheat capellini is an organic, whole grain, vegan, 100% whole wheat pasta. It is a long cut pasta, commonly known as "angel hair." Capellini is a super thin pasta that requires a delicate sauce so its shape won't be overwhelmed. Each cut of pasta is formed with artisanal bronze plates to impart a coarse, sauce-hugging texture. The pasta is then dried slowly at a low temperature to retain its fresh bread flavor and famous al dente bite. This pasta is certified organic by ICEA.See nutrition facts panel for allergens.
