Citrucel Fiber Powder for Occasional Constipation Relief is a clinically proven, gluten free fiber therapy that gently helps relieve occasional constipation. Each rounded tablespoon of this dietary fiber powder contains two grams methylcellulose, 80 mg calcium and 110 mg potassium. Adults and children 12 years of age and older may take one rounded tablespoon at a time of this fiber powder, up to three times daily, and children ages six to 11 years may take 2.5 level teaspoons up to three times daily.
