To achieve this perfect combination of salty and sour loved by so many meant trying different recipes to meet our standards. We found that the robust potato taste of our kettle-cooked chips called for a bit more vinegar to produce truly satisfying flavor. We start with choice potatoes and slice them perfectly, cooking them in custom kettles, one small batch at a time. Doing so at precisely the right temperature allows them to reach a golden-amber hue. Unique shapes and folds mean one-of-a-kind chips, but all share the same, wonderful Cape Cod® crunch. These delicious chips make a perfect lunchtime side at home but are just as flavorful on the go, right out of the 2.5-ounce bag.
