A jovial wine, fresh, full of fruit, full of elegant complexity that is easy to drink and enjoy. The three varieties that compose the blend (Tempranillo, Garnacha and Bobal), show some of their best qualities. On the nose the wine is rich in notes of red fruit, cherry, strawberry, plum, blueberry, as well as soft toasted notes that give the wine depth and complexity. On the palate we find a perfumed wine, smooth, fresh and full of vivid red fruit flavors, with a long finish of toasted notes. After a meticulous harvest, the grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed before transferred to stainless steel vats for fermentation at a controlled temperature. During fermentation, regular pump-overs are used to extract color and flavors. The Tempranillo has a light oak integration of 5 months in French oak to add further complexity.
