How do I place an Order Ahead Order?

There are three easy ways to order:

1. Order online, select your store and begin placing your order right away.

2. Call 1-800-432-6111 and ask to be transferred to your local store.

3. Visit your local Harris Teeter

How far in advance can I place an order?

Subs and Deli items must be ordered the same day and can be ready in as soon as 15 minutes. Orders for party platters and cakes need to be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Will I be notified when my order is ready?

Yes, you will be notified either via text or email when your order is ready.

Why is my store not available? The item I want is not available?

All stores offer Order Ahead; however not all options are offered at all stores.

Can I pay online with Order Ahead?

There is currently no option to pay online. Payment must be made at the store.

How do I cancel an Order Ahead Order?

There is not currently an option to cancel an order online once placed. Please contact the store directly to cancel your order.
