Account Setup FAQs
Why should I enroll in My Prescriptions?
My Prescriptions gives you easy access to manage prescriptions for yourself and others. It allows you to set up Auto Refill, pay online, review expense reports and view your prescription history. You can also transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy to any of the Kroger Family of Pharmacies.
Can I set up My Prescriptions if I don't have a prescription number?
You do need a prescription number from one of Kroger's Family of Pharmacies to create a My Prescriptions account. If you don't have a relevant prescription number anymore, you can call the Kroger Family of Pharmacies location where you filled your prescription to get this information.
Where can I find my prescription number?
You’ll find your prescription number on the label attached to your prescription bottle. The number is also printed on the prescription receipt you received at the pharmacy.
When creating an account, why does my email address already exist when I haven’t created a My Prescriptions account before?
Your address has already been used to create an account with any of the Kroger Family of Companies, therefore a new account is not needed. To access My Prescriptions, enter your existing email address and password.
What if I don't remember the email address I used for my account?
If you don't remember your email address, call our Customer Service team at 855-489-2502.
What if multiple family members share an email address?
Each adult must have their own digital account to access their or another's patient information.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
If you forgot your password, select "Forgot Password" on the sign in page, or use the following link: Reset Password
Why I am being asked to verify personal information to create a My Prescriptions account?
For the protection of our pharmacy patients, we require identity verification prior to gaining access to any pharmacy patient's information. We use a process similar to that used by banks, credit card companies and other organizations to ensure that your personal information is protected.
Can I verify my identity in person?
To verify your identity, bring a photo ID and your digital account email address to your preferred pharmacy location.
Why is my personal information in two places on my account?
Due to HIPAA regulations, we are required to keep your pharmacy patient information separate from your digital account information.
Why is my Shopper's Card linked to my digital account and My Prescriptions?
If your Shopper's Card is linked to your digital account, it will automatically be connected to your pharmacy profile as well. This helps make your checkout process quicker and easier!
